Ladies and Gentlemen!

Permanent court of arbitration at the Association "Sports Industry of Ukraine" expresses its appreciation for the interest in working with us and offers briefly acquaint you with the basic directions and the provisions of its activities.

In its activities, our Arbitration Court is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On arbitration courts of Ukraine", Regulations and Rules of Court.

The competence of the Court of Arbitration includes consideration of virtually any dispute, except for certain exceptions to the law. Particular attention should be paid to the most considered disputes:

- Consideration of economic and civil disputes that arise out of the contractual relationship.

The obliged parties may include a clause into a contract arbitration, which will mean that any dispute arising with respect to this contract may only be considered by the Arbitration Court. Appeal to the competent court of a dispute arising out of such an obligation would be impossible. The decision of the Arbitration Court is binding on the parties and not subject to appeal, and this decision, approved by an order of Economic Court is binding on the state executive service organs of Ukraine;

recognition of the validity of contracts, which shall be subjects to notarization, concluded in writing, when held full or partial performance of the contract, but one party has shied away from its notarization;

The proceeding in the Court of Arbitration of the Association of "Sports Industry of Ukraine" has a number of advantages:

- The decision of the Arbitration Court is final and not subject to appeal;

- Our Arbitration Court adjudicates disputes promptly and in the shortest time possible

- Confidentiality of arbitral proceeding. Materials and information relating to arbitral proceeding may not be requested from the archive of our court, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine (the presence of the criminal case and an order of seizure);

- The process of applying to our Court of Arbitration is simple and straightforward. Proceedings in competent courts are complicated by a number of procedural obstacles that start at the stage of filing a claim. With applying to the Arbitration Court at the Association "Sports Industry of Ukraine" you can be assured that you will not get a refuse to commence proceedings for formal or other absurd reasons. We are always on the side of participants of an arbitration consideration; - Our Court of Arbitration is not limited to traditional means of proof.
