On the order of reception and registration of members of the Association "Sports Industry of Ukraine".
1. General
1. Actual regulation is designed in accordance with the Charter of nongovernmental nonprofit organization - Association "Sports Industry of Ukraine" and defines the conditions and procedure for joining the ASIU, procedure and terms of payment of membership dues to the ASIU, conditions and procedures for termination of membership in ASIU and the procedure of voluntary withdrawal from ASIU membership.
2. The members of the Association may be legal entities, residents and non-residents of Ukraine, who share the goals and objectives of the Association, as well as their implementation, and such activities are connected with functioning of the sports industry. The term "member" in this provision applies to both constant and associate members, except its use regarding the right to vote at general meetings of the Association and the obligations on the introduction and order of admission fees to the Association.
Members of the Association are divided into constant and associate.
3. General Meeting is entitled to elect honorary members of the Association from the list of organizations (leaders) which made an outstanding contribution to the development of sports and physical culture. Honorary members of the Association contribute to solving the most acute issues, recommend candidates for membership in the Association.

2. Conditions and procedures for admission to the ASIU
1. Admission of new Members to the Association is carried out upon recommendation of two Current Members, according to the candidate member's written application to the organization with an entrance fee.
2. Admission to the Member of the Association is carried out by the General Meeting by a simple majority of voting members present at the relevant General Meeting. Admission to the Associated Members of the Association is conducted by the Board with further approval by the General Meeting by a simple majority.
3. An applicant shall pay an entrance fee on the current account of the Association in ten (10) business days after the submission of a written application for admission to the Association. In case of refusal of admission to the Association, the fee is to be returned on the applicant's account .
4. Procedure of Members' payment of admission, membership and other fees is determined by the approprite provision.

3. Procedure and terms of payment of dues:
- ASIU Members annually pay a membership fee in the amount established by the Board of the Association;
- Membership (annual) fee has been set at 8000 UAH, the entrance fee - in the amount of 8000 UAH;
- Account for the payment of dues is defined by the executive board;
- Payment of fees is carried out during 1 month after the invoice date.

4. Rights and obligations of members of the Association
Members of the Association shall have the right to:
1. Participate in the decision-making and management process of the Association through their representative by participating in the General Meeting ;
2 . Vote in decision-making at the General Meeting and in surveys;
3 . At any time change its representative at the General Meeting, with the notification to the Association 3 days before the General Meeting;
4 . Delegate his powers to the General Meeting, to another Member or their representative;
5 . Require consideration at the General Meeting of any issues that are related to the activities of Association;

6. Elect and be elected to bodies of the Association;
7. Require protocols of the General Meeting and to receive their certified extracts;
8. Receive full information about the activities of the Association, including the acquaintance with the accounting data, reports and other documentation;
9. Enjoy all kinds of methodological and other assistance that may the Association provide;
10. Publish their research papers in the journals of Association;
11. Receive from the Assistance Association for the protection of their legal rights
and interests;
12. Participate in events organized by the Association;
13. Leave the Association on such terms and conditions as stated in the Charter;
14. Establish the size and purpose of the membership fee;
15. Transmit property to the Association on unpaid basis;
16. Members may also have other rights stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as resolutions of the General Meeting;
17. Associated Members have the right stated in § 3.13 of the Charter, except for § § 3.13.2 and 3.13.6.

All members are obliged to:
1. Strongly contribute to the Association in its activities;
2 . Adhere to the requirements of the Charter and other internal documents of the association and carry out the decisions of elected body of the Association, adopted in the framework of their statutory activities;
3 . Timely pay contributions according to the established order;
4 . Undertake all necessary actions to preserve the confidentiality of information received from the Association;
5 . Carry out other duties stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine, the Charter and internal documents of the Association;
6. Participate in activities that are carried out by the decision of the governing body of the Association;
7. Contribute annually to the funds of the Association in accordance with the approved payment procedures;
8. Avoid causing losses to the association or its members through their actions or inaction, both material and moral.
9. Members of the Association shall be liable for any failure or improper fulfillment of the obligations prescribed by law and the Charter.

5 . Procedure and conditions of termination of membership in ASIU
1. Voluntary withdrawal of a member from the Association is carried out by submitting a written application addressed to the President, a month before the withdrawal.
2. A member may be forcibly expelled from the Association by the General Meeting at the request of the Board with one of the following reasons given:
• member's failure to carry out his statutory responsibilities, including violation of the Charter, non-observation of the General Meeting's decisions;
• unjustified delay in payment of more than four months;
• non-member standards of ethical and professional conduct, approved by the Association;
• in case of liquidation of a Member as a legal entity.
3. In case of voluntary withdrawal or forced exclusion of a member from the Association, the property and assets (including fees), transmitted by the member to the Association, are not subject to return.
A member is required to pay all dues to the date of his withdrawal (compulsory termination of membership) , including contributions of the current year. In this case, the property transferred by such member to the Association on a charge-free basis, is to be returned.
4. Change of name, organizational and legal form, or any other details of the member shall not create necessity for re-acception of that member to the Association and payment of re-admission fee .
5. In case of reorganization of the member, his successor shall automatically become the member of the Association and acquires all rights and obligations of the reorganized Member. In case of successor's unwillingness to be a Member, he is entitled to withdraw from the association in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Charter.
